We are an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over a decade of experience private residential, residential development and commercial projects. Our founding ethos is to deliver high quality and precisely detailed architectural solutions, tailored to each of our clients’ specific briefs and unique site conditions while optimising the potential of the project. We are based in Brighton, and have successfully delivered projects, both, locally as well as across London and the Southeast.

Designed for you

We offer a full range of architectural services across all RIBA Plan of Work Stages. These include initial feasibility studies, Planning, Listed Building, Conservation Area and Freeholder Consents, detailed technical design, assistance during the Tender process, On-Site support, and Contract Administration. These services are available collectively or can be tailored to suit the individual project and budget.

We use hand-drawn sketches, CAD drawings, 3D models, parametric scripts, and physical models in order to communicate our ideas. We work closely with all parties involved in the project to ensure that the envisioned quality of the design is delivered successfully on site.
